“I’ve had other smokers that performed quite well. However, occasionally, I wished to get some without any heat. That’s why I got the A-MAZE-N – it lets me smoke vegetables and all kinds of meat before cooking them.

Jerry’s right about many things. This tube does offer more possibilities that others do not. But Jerry is also quite brilliant. Lighting both tips is a neat trick.
The food probably won’t taste as good as it would’ve been smoked regularly, with only one end lit, but it’s a great time-saver. The manufacturer ought to include that in the manual.
What to Watch Out For
Don’t forget to clean it properly after each use. The cleaning process is pretty easy and straightforward. After each use, you might end up with a quarter of a cup of pellets and dust – nothing more, so the mess is brought down to a minimum. You can use a small strip of tinfoil as a precaution.
