I’ve devoted my time to My Reviewing Top-Notch Grills, Smokers, and Accessories. Not only that, but I seek to share some of my barbecue expertise with the world, and a blogging website just seemed like the perfect option.
Hey, My name is A.J. Caruana and I am a Certified Kansas City Barbecue Society Judge. Not only that, but I have been immersed in the competition barbecue world since 2009. I have the experience in all things necessary to make a great BBQ & an epic website combined. Alongside other technical experts that know how to build the back-end of a website, My main focus is on technical grilling and smoking concepts. Put Simply, I want to make Barbecue easy. So easy, that anyone who has the will, can make mouth watering dishes.
Why reviews?
Coming from a competition barbecue background puts me in an interesting perspective. I have personally cooked on over two dozen different grills and smokers. From electrics, to pellets. Hard core offset pits, and Weber Grills. I personally approach a product from many different angles and test them to their limits. Once either myself or my team get to know the ins and outs of a product, we determine weather or not it is worthy of a review.
If it is, I will write up the information pertained directly to someone who wants to learn. Then, either myself or my team finish the write-ups, and our graphic designers take the stage. The best way to present information is with an eye-catching layout, and no one knows it better than them. Only when these two essential elements are put together can we have a website that functions as intended.
What is our Goal?
Our methods may seem simple, but we’re thorough in each step we take. First, we search for the best grills, smokers, and BBQ accessories and divide them up into categories. This way each visitor has more than one choice when it comes to picking the right grill, smoker, or accessory for them. By doing things this way, you don’t always have to look for different sources of information. Instead, you can find much of what you’re after right in one place.
Our reviews take into account specifications and features but also real world testing. We put each product to the test and see how they perform in different situations. By doing so, we can tell you what to expect and help you make a better choice.
The final step is to check what other users have to say about each product. When all is said and done, you get unique content that provides every visitor with valuable information.
